ポスター発表：LINC BizおよびZoomミーティングによるオンライン発表
LINC Biz（ https://getlincbiz.jp/ ）を用いたオンライン上でのポスターのアップロード・閲覧・チャット機能を用いた質疑応答、３月１日（水）のコアタイムにはZoomのブレイクアウトルームにてオンラインポスタープレゼンテーションを行なっていただきます。
Posters will be viewed online using LINC Biz (https://getlincbiz.jp/) and online poster presentations will be given in the Zoom breakout room during the core time on Wednesday, March 1.
発表者の方へのLINC Bizへの招待メールは２月２４日（金）に登録いただいたメールアドレスへ送付予定です。LINC Bizへの参加方法とアップロード方法についてはこちらのページの参加者マニュアルと発表者マニュアルを参考にしてください。
An email invitation to LINC Biz for presenters will be sent to your registered email address on Feb. 24 (Fri.) Please refer to this page for information on how to join LINC Biz and upload your presentation.
ポスターアップロード期限
２月２８日（火）※発表者の方には２月２４日（金）の午後にLINC Bizの招待を行なう予定です。
File upload deadline is Tuesday, Feb. 28. Presenters will be invited to LINC Biz in advance.
コアタイム
３月１日（水）の午後の予定です。Zoomのブレイクアウトルームを割り振りますので、ポスターの説明と質疑応答をお願いします。
Core time for presentations is scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday, March 1; we will assign a Zoom breakout room for you to explain your poster and answer questions.
ポスターサイズ
サイズや縦横比に制限はありません (1ファイル当たり100MBまで)。ファイルの拡大表示ができますので，通常の紙ポスターサイズ（A0やA0ノビなど）で作成して頂いて問題ありません。ただし，LINC bizでは16:9または4:3などのPCやタブレットの画面に合った横長の縦横比のポスターを推奨しています。複数のファイルの投稿が可能で，分割表示することもできます。複数枚構成の場合，全体のボリュームは通常のポスター1枚分に相当する程度の量に収めるようにしてください。
静止画のメディア形式：PDF形式は特にMac OSにおいて文字化け等を引き起こす可能性があるため，JPEGまたはPNGなどの画像形式でのアップロードを推奨します。やむを得ずPDF形式を使用する場合は，PDF出力の前にフォントのアウトライン化をしていただくか，印刷設定でPDF出力をお願いします。
静止画以外のメディア形式：動画や音声ファイルのアップロードも可能です。動画ではMP4，音声では MP4 audioが対応しています。ただし，動画や音声は，発表賞審査の時の評価には含まれません。
There are no restrictions on size or aspect ratio (up to 100 MB per file). People can enlarge the file to display it in a larger size, so there is no problem if you create a poster in a normal paper poster size (A0 etc.). However, LINC Biz recommends a poster with an aspect ratio of 16:9 or 4:3, which is the horizontal length suitable for PC and tablet screens. Multiple files can be uploaded and displayed separately. If your poster consists of multiple pages, please keep the overall volume to the equivalent of one regular poster.
Since PDF format may cause garbled characters, especially on Mac OS, we recommend uploading files in JPEG or PNG format. Video and audio files can also be uploaded. MP4 for video and MP4 audio for audio are supported. However, video and audio files will not be included in the evaluation of presentation awards.
